Sea Breeze × Letzy is a platform that connects people. To keep it safe and pleasant for everyone, please follow these rules.
Basic rules
- List only items you own and are allowed to rent out.
- Provide honest descriptions and real photos.
- Treat other members with respect.
- Return rented items on time and in the same condition.
Prohibited items (do not list these)
- Weapons, firearms, or anything designed to harm.
- Illegal or stolen goods.
- Alcohol, tobacco, drugs, or any controlled substances.
- Medications, medical devices, or anything requiring a prescription or license to operate.
- Live animals.
- Counterfeit or fake-brand items.
- Anything unsafe, damaged, or not working properly.
- Anything that requires a special license to use or rent out.
- Anything that violates resort rules or local law.
Staying safe, please read carefully
Sea Breeze × Letzy is a platform that connects people. We do NOT process payments and are NOT a party to any rental agreement between users.
We are not responsible for the actions of users, the condition of items, or the outcome of any deal. All rentals happen at your own discretion and risk.
NEVER send money in advance to anyone. Arrange payment and any deposit in person, at the moment of handover.
Meet in person within the resort, inspect the item before paying, and agree on all terms clearly.
Check the other person's profile, rating, and reviews before dealing.
Use a deposit for valuable items to protect both sides.
If something feels wrong, do not proceed. Trust your judgment.
By using Sea Breeze × Letzy, you agree that all deals are made between users directly, and that the platform's role is limited to connecting them.
